How to cash out SWEAT before Sweat Wallet closes (December 30, 2026)

Sweat's own guidance is a two-step swap on Rhea Finance, a NEAR decentralised exchange, then a transfer to an exchange. Converting is your own decision; you can also just keep SWEAT in any NEAR wallet.

1. The official route

  1. Open dex.rhea.finance (type it yourself) and connect your Sweat account, or use the swap built into the app.
  2. Swap SWEAT → wNEAR. This pool has the deepest liquidity; direct SWEAT → stablecoin swaps often fail with "No swap path found".
  3. Swap wNEAR → NEAR (or to USDT/USDC on NEAR).
  4. Open your exchange's deposit page, check that it accepts NEAR (or that token) on the NEAR network, copy the address and any memo, and send a small test first.

Questions

Why does SWEAT to USDT say "No swap path found"?

Direct SWEAT to stablecoin pools hold too little liquidity. Swap SWEAT to wNEAR first (the deepest pool), then onward.

Can I send SWEAT straight to an exchange?

Only if that exchange lists SWEAT on the exact network you send on. Check its deposit page first; a wrong network can mean a lost transfer.

Does Sweat Wallet charge a fee to swap?

Sweat says it charges no fee for sending or swapping; you pay gas in SWEAT plus whatever the DEX pool and exchange charge.

2. If your exchange doesn't take NEAR

Optional: turn NEAR into USDT, USDC or BTC

After you swap SWEAT → wNEAR → NEAR on Rhea (the official route above), you can send NEAR to most exchanges directly. If your exchange or P2P market wants USDT instead, this box creates a SideShift.ai order: you send NEAR from your Sweat Wallet to a deposit account and SideShift sends the coin you pick to your address. SideShift pays Quietwork Labs an affiliate commission from its own spread; your rate is the same as on sideshift.ai. SideShift is not available in some countries (including the US) and enforces that itself.

Nothing is created until you press "Create order". Send a small amount first.
